Dear Teacher/ Leader,
Thank you for booking a “Fall Harvest/Sunflower Harvest and/or Mining Sluice Adventure Tour” at Trunnell’s Farm Experience & Market located at 9255 US HWY 431, Utica, KY 42376.

If the driver or you have never been to Trunnell’s, please make a visit ahead of your tour date so you will know the route and travel time to the farm so you will not be late or early.

Your tour will start at the designated time. If you are late your tour will be cut short. If you are early, you will have to wait until the scheduled time to begin your tour.

Minimum charge for a tour is $200 which equals 20 paying participants. We will be glad to conduct a tour for less than 20 but the minimum charge of $200 will apply.

Payment for your group needs to be made at time of arrival if payment was not made online when booking. Please collect money from children before arriving at the farm.

Collecting money from your group after arriving will cut into your tour time. Cash or Check is the most preferred payment method. Credit Card will be accepted also.

Wear School/Group Color at your discretion, you can ask all your students to wear the same color shirt the day of your tour. This will help keep your group together.

Please dress appropriately. This is a farm and the possibility of getting dirty is good. No sandals or open toe shoes please.

Please make sure to have allergen information on each student and the proper arrangements have been made to care for anyone that might have a reaction to bees, pollen, or dust.
There are honey bees and other insects on the farm.

The picnic area will be available immediately following the tour. You will have 30-40 minutes to eat and play before departing.

After the Farm Market Facilities are toured, students, parents, and teachers will have a chance to purchase items inside the market.
